SKILLS & CAREER DEVELOPMENT

Our organization recently improved its programs to better suit the evolving needs of the young people we serve. In addition to our literacy and education program, we have added skills and career development programs that will cater to the growing population of young people especially school leavers without career guidance and soft skills. We realized that our previous programming primarily targeted children at early stages, but did not fully prepare them for life beyond learning to read and write. Under the skills and career development program, young people will gain the knowledge, skills, and guidance needed for success in the job market and entrepreneurship. This includes career guidance, mentor matching, digital literacy, financial literacy, public speaking, photography, work etiquette, scholarship applications, and more.
